General Clark,
I thank you and your family so much.  Thanks so much for jumping into the race.  I respect your decision to withdraw.  You have served your country well.
I just want you to know that I have never been as impressed and emotionally involved with a candidate as I have been with you.
I am crying so hard I can hardly see the computer screen.
