I am so profoundly sad about this, but at the same time, I release General Clark to go be with his wife, his son and daughter-in-law, and grandson, and be happy.
To the other tortured souls out there, please keep praying for our soldiers and their families--my son could be next, and so could yours.
Send a thank you to General Clark, and his family.  HE ENTERED THIS RACE FOR US, not himself. HE did this for you and me.
And if any of your folk out there want to complain about Iowa, or how the campaign was operated, or any of that other crap, DROP IT!  HE DID THIS FOR US, and it was a selfless thing for him to do, and he doesn't deserve the harping.
General Clark is an extraordinary leader.  Wherever he goes and whatever he does at this point, I will support him 100%.
Mark it:  The cat will mew, and dog will have his day.
Sandy, Ruth, Rep4Clark, DC Pol Sci, Suz, Beckham, MonkeyLied, Sybil you EOH, DJ, KBacon, Martisa, OhioKidds, Pam, (I am a little sad so I can't remember everyone--please no offense), and even Chrisshin--
Remember this:  General Clark is a gentleman and a dignitary, and a gentleman always knows when to leave.
