HUGH SHELTON HUGH SHELTON HUGH SHELTON His inclusion on the Edwards "team" was sickening. His slander was repeated by a Genocidal War Criminal in The Hague. It was read into the testimony and is now a part of the permanent record. That he was never disavowed or asked to leave the Edwards campaign makes Edwards a party to that shameful piece of history forever, in my opinion. Even when Shelton said it "was just politics", Edwards kept him onboard and stayed mute. Most telling of his actions in support of the Shelton slurs were his campaign appearances in Serb Halls. To those of us who know how the Serbs felt about what General Clark did to stop Milosevic's ethnic cleansing, it was a loud slap in the face for an American hero.
