Voter's Rights vs. Predictability
That was the debate in the New Jersey Supreme Court yesterday, with the GOP being consistent in their attack on voting rights by trying to ensure their out of touch candidate an race free pf opposition - the one party "elections". All 7 Judges went for voting rights. Interestingly, the Greens and the Libertarians joined the "Predictability" war on voters. So now, it's on to SCOTUS. Will Scalia engineer the take-over yet again. or will Souter stop this before it becomes Coup Part Deux?
