Bush's war without the UN is BOTH Unjust and Illegal

He said it in the press conference. Some journalist was trying to catch
him in a contradiction - changing the definition of a just war - "why all
of a sudden UN approval is required for it to be just?
"Because it was bush who asked the UN intervention, back in October.
In this context, the matter has to be resolved by UN"
My own analogy: if I make a complaint against my neighbor, I have to
abide by the court's decision, rather than burn his house if it seems I'll
lose.
