The Peace March - First Impressions upon Return

Running for the bus in Brooklyn as the full moon was lighting our way (5:49AM).
Seing the full moon over the harbour reflected in the water on one window and at the same time, the sun rising over Brooklyn on the other bus window. The air conditioner pumping frozen air in the bus (as the temperature outside was 10 degrees).
The crowd in the mall - the signs -the speeches.
The Smithsonian - warm, the Entreprise, the Bush magnet next to Einstein's - sticking his tongue at him.
The march - sunny, bright, beautiful, enthusiastic, energetic and warmed a bit by the sun.
The building with the GOP-ers on the terrace - elephant flag and nasty signs on display: "Hippies go Home" "We are Home!" the crowd yelled back. Unbeknownst to them, on the floor above people with anti-war signs hanging from 3 windows were waiving at us...
Trying to find the bus in a 10 block area peppered with tens of buses. The huge orange moon in front of us as we left. Miraculously making it home...
