Chiraq to "New Europe"-Si Taquises...


BRUSSELS, Belgium -- French President Jacques Chirac has attacked
eastern European countries hoping to join the EU, saying they missed a
great opportunity to "shut up" when they signed letters backing the U.S.
position on Iraq.
