Is Tim Russert running the country?

He told Condi Rice - last week I think : "Say we give Saddam until March 14"....
Now, Colon Bowell tells BBC: Saddam has until March 14"

Well, If Timeeh doesn't run the country, he let it slip that he was reading from the talking points..
