Townhall on Iraq - Alexandria, Va - seen on C-Span (TWICE)

Rep Jim Moran - one of the few who voted against for the Iraq resolution had set this up as a chance for his constituents to ask the Pentagon why do we need a war.
Victoria Clark, a Karen Hughes sound alike tried hard to put a "human face" on Rumsfield and the war, with such statements as" 9.11 was a blessing in disguise" and after 9.11 we cannot afford to only go to war when attacked"
A military man was on the panel as well - spoke a little and conceded that Saddam is no danger for us.
The audience was awesome - from the kurdish mother who spoke of what happends to women in war to the Vietnam vet who named all the Chickenhawks pushing for this war - starting with AWOL George - to the crowd applause.
The last word was from a woman in a NO WAR t-shirt:"This war started when the election was stolen"
