== Bush Gouges A Nation Good Snicker Snicker Ha ==Mark Morford

ShrubCo will project a record $307 billion federal deficit for this year
in the budget to be sent to Congress on Monday, followed by another huge
shortfall of $304 billion in 2004, because they're just that inept and
flagrantly pillaging and snorting up the heart and soul of this nation
like Noelle snorts baby aspirin. The figures, disclosed by officials
speaking on condition of anonymity lest a screeching pus-filled Dick
Cheney come after them again with the cattle prod and the leeches,
include the costs of imbecilic and largely destructive ShrubCo
initiatives like tax cuts for "stimulating" the economy (which didn't)
and extra spending for the military and domestic security and for all
the gallons of industrial glue for permanently fixing Laura Bush's face
in that creepy wooden half-smile. They exclude the price tag of a
possible war with Iraq, estimated to be at least tens of billions of
dollars, isn't that just the sweetest thing you ever did hear, a record
deficit and that doesn't even include the price of a useless war, hey
pass the laudanum. The biggest shortfall ever was $290 billion in 1992,
when Bush's father was president...
