Anon: Please understand what I'm saying --
I'M TIRED OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY BEING THE PARTY OF "LOWER EXPECTATIONS"!
I don't care HOW MUCH $$$$$ the RNC has, you cannot tell me that JUST ONCE saying WE ARE RIGHT ON ALL THE ISSUES FACING AMERICAN FAMILIES TODAY, SO WE SHOULD WIN THE COMING ELECTIONS isn't better than WELL, THEY ARE JUST BIGGER AND MORE POWERFUL, SO WE'LL JUST ROLL OVER THIS YEAR, AND HOPE THEY ARE SEVERELY WEAKENED BY 2006, AND THEN MAYBE WE CAN WIN THE HOUSE BACK.
It's like saying that THEY ARE RIGHT in their Domestic and foreign agendas for this country, and God knows, THEY ARE NOT.
The American people are thirsty for REAL LEADERSHIP, and the reason the RNC has control of BOTH the House and the Senate is because THE DEMOCRATS THERE ARE WIMPS AND COLLUDERS! I am SICK AND TIRED of this "IF WE GIVE THEM THIS, MAYBE THEY'LL GIVE US THAT attitude. Because, you know what, they never DO give us THAT!
Like it or not, voters look to SUCCESS and/OR confidence. I would rather go down like that guy in Tienamen Square in China, who stood there withhis bags of groceries in the face of that tank, than lie down, roll over, and take it one last time from the RNC!!!!!!!
That article just ENRAGED me no end! And, Terry McAuliffe ALLOWS THAT SORT OF WISHY-WASHY BULLS@T to be the mantra for this Party. I am SICK OF IT!
Where's the BOLDNESS?
Where's the DARING?
Where's the sheer AUDACITY???????????
Because... in the end, that's all the RNC has going for it -- the sheer AUDACITY to say WE SHOULD BE LEADING THE COUNTRY. They have no domestic agenda except to rape and pillage the poor and middle class on behalf of the rich, and no foreign agenda except to support the White House in raping and pillaging the poor, the middle class, and the rest of the world at will.
It's often been said IF YOU DON'T STAND FOR SOMETHING, YOU STAND FOR NOTHING!
Just once before I die, I'd like the Democrats to STAND FOR SOMETHING!
