Went to a wonderful event last night (Joe Conason, David Corn, Bill Hartung, Eric Alterman and Mark Green all spoke). Conason made a point to say that of all the people in the race (Sharpton and Kucinich excepted... he meant "serious contenders"), only one man had the guts to admit to being a liberal, instead of backing off. Naturally a whole bunch of us in the crowd went nuts applauding (including a few Clark delegates). I had to apologize to him afterwards for disrupting his speech. But it came as naturally to us as breathing!!!! He laughed and said he expected nothing less from such diehards. :-)
