Kerry wasn't even "ruggedly handsome" when he was young.
Now... to me, our General is "handsome" in a way that none of the others (even Edwards) are -- He's strong and good-looking, certainly, on the outside, but that, coupled with the fact that he's also beautiful and intelligent on the inside... and, that HAS to make him #1 in my book, but I admit it -- I could be biased.
