BS! I was in NH when Clark had a conference call with his stuff/all of us volunteers. Clark ran every aspect of the NH campaign =- canvassing - numbers, details stories, who did what. All that from the Green Room of MTP - while waiting to be interviewed.
I don't care what competition existed in the campaign, Clark ran the whole thing efficiently.

The only reason it's Kerry and not us is because he got the coverage, the party machine and Rove's blessings. We were at the wrong end of all these things.
It was never meant to be a primary election. GOP-ers went for dean (civil unions) and switched to Kerry (gay marriage). DNC as usual, bent over. Case closed.
