There are 2 things the Republicans will make the backbone of this campaign --their reasons to vote for Bush:
famly values  -- married to doting wife Laura, good family man
courageous war-time President -- they've been working on making him a war-time President since he got in office
Our General had him trumped on these two issues all along.
Kerry has always been vulnerable on these issues, even without a scandal -- he's divorced, played around with Hollywood starlets while single
The Republicans know just how to hook in those swing voters.
The Democrats didn't have a clue.
