Zarabeth:  "Now Kramer is attempting to characterize the brokered convention movement as a front for the Dean campaign."
You may not be in it for Dean, but that is sure as hell who benefits, and the Dean supporters who are on board with it don't give a damn about Clark.
Second thing you are not addressing:  General Clark is releasing ALL of his delegates.  I didn't hear this through the grapevine and its not a rumor--it came from the General's own mouth in a conference call with the Clark Action Team (which I was on).  CLARK is releasing his delegates and has endorsed Kerry.  No chance in hell democrats nominate him to 'save' the party at a brokered convention.
Third thing you are not addressing:  There are 801 Super Delegates.  These are DNC Party Officials, and Democratic Elected Officials.  They DO NOT want a brokered convention, and they will back Kerry.
