In view of recent events I´m even more impressed with the general than before - if that is possible! What grace and what an attitude! What strength of character! Here are my musings on what separates him from the rest of us...........

The average person's response to recent developments:

"Buhuu.........they´ve been mean to me.........it´s so unfair! Never again will I attempt to help any of those ungrateful people out there! And the media can go to a very warm place! I mean, what´s the use?! I´m simply too good for this country! What´s the use in trying when everyone´s against me?

No, I´ll just sit here and sulk and feel really sorry for myself! Never again!! This country can go to pot for all I care........How dare they treat me this way?!"

Wesley Clark's response to recent developments:

"Look, I took a shot at it, and it didn´t work out. Sure I´m disappointed, but now is not the time to sit around and mope! So I´ve made a clean break of it to minimize my losses, to regroup and plan a new strategy.

Give up?? That is not in my vocabulary. This simply means that the first strategy failed, so it´s time to try a new one, and then another and another, if necessary. I´ve been given a mission to do and it will be done. It´s as simple as that.

If I bear a grudge against the media and the DNC? What would be the point? It wouldn´t be constructive. Besides, I´ve learned that an enemy of today could become your ally tomorrow."

What a man, eh?!
