Very disapointed in DC Pol.
Not because he is fully immersed in Kerry world - I bear no grudges agaist anyone who did that.
But I used to trust DC's judgementy and I am disappointed to see that he incorporated the media pablum on who we were. So here's my response:
Contrary to the media who destroyed us - we didn't come in this campaign as the "anti-Dean". On the contrary. Lots of us checked out dean - found similarity of issues but the candidate was lacking so we looked further and drafted us a better man in whom we could believe.
DC deal, we were the pro-Clark campain hard as it may be for you to understand from your new political perch.
We wanted Clark as president because he reflected our views and was the most qualified.
What other people manipulated around us is NOT us.
To Jersey Cocoa
No problem if you are happy in your new place. But please don't say: "Clark has thrown his support to kerry - we are his support". This is offensive and demeaning to Clark and myself. No one throws me anything and Clark is not known for throwing people.
Funny how people who jojned kerry so readily think so little of others...
Sorry, but candidates attract the following they deserve.
To use Clark's words: I know who I am and what I stand for. Clark reflects my values , kerry doesn't. In Novemver, I'll probably vote for the nominee - as a vote against Bush and not for anyone - unless of course Clark is on the ticket.
So, you guys follow your chosen path, but don't project your misunderstanding of the deeper mening of what happened on me. Thank you
