The problem(s) is not the Florida voters; it's the system. FL will still be using the same scrub lists that were used in 2000. Also, when I was doing research with a group concerned with BBV, I went over the reports filed after 2002 by the international observers and it was not encouraging. IIRC, there was not even a way to check how many people had voted.
Spending money vs bush&co will need to be strategically thought out. Ohio is using Diebold machines and that is an obvious problem. LA and MO would be better targets IMHO.
The saddness of losing Clark's bid is still washing through me; this morning it is right behind my eyes with an occasional slip to the surface. The good news is that it is often mixed with anger. Anger with the media, anger with a disinterested electorate, and anger with the internet electorate who smeared an honest man to advance their own preconceived agenda. Too many battle threads at DU have left me weary, and yet I would gladly jump in again if only the General was still marching to the White House.
Vote for the General in the primaries. Do it because it is the right thing to do; do it because it aids your own cause.
