Let me just say this about that...........

I became involved in the Draft Clark movement because I believe in
Wes Clark. I stayed involved in the Elect Clark campaign because I
believe in Wes Clark.

I sat on my couch until the wee hours of the morning, stapling little
paper tags to thousands of mini Clark bars because I believe in Wes
Clark.

I spent countless hours hunched over my dining room table hand
painting a banner for my local group (we couldn't afford to buy one)
because I believe in Wes Clark.

I wrote dozens of letters to voters in other states because I believe
in Wes Clark.

I walked so many miles passing out flyers & Clark bars at fairs &
festivals that my feet literally blistered because I believe in Wes
Clark.

I chanted and cheered so loud & so long at the Florida Democratic
Convention that I lost my voice for three days because I believe in
Wes Clark.

Let me make this perfectly clear.........I didn't do any of those
things because I thought Wes Clark was the Democrat's best chance to
unseat Bush. I did those things because I BELIEVE IN WES CLARK.

I contracted a condition in the summer of '03, and there's no twelve
step program which will cure me.........
